CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Pick up options can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm by calling 709-726-1504. Pick up location is at the Sharing Our Cultures office at 390 Elizabeth Avenue in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Please note: Masks are recommended upon entry and we adhere to public health guidelines and protocols.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESS?
Store credit will be provided if items are returned within 30 days, from the received date. Items must be in the condition in which they were received, and customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the package. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concern.
Upon checkout customers will be required to verify their understanding of our purchasing policies before proceeding to payment.

I ORDERED A BAG ONLINE BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHY?
Once payment is made, you will receive an email from Canada Post with tracking information. You may contact Canada post by telephone or through their website to confirm the location of your order, using your tracking number.
WILL MY ITEMS BE HELD IN THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART?
Placing items in the online shopping cart does not guarantee purchase as the item could be sold before making payment, especially if it is the last item in stock. A purchase is only confirmed once the checkout process and payment have been completed.
