Store credit will be provided if items are returned within 30 days from the received date. Items must be in the condition in which they were received and customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the package. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concern.

Upon checkout customers will be required to verify their understanding of our purchasing policies before proceeding to payment.

During promotions, please enter the promotion code upon checkout. Pricing can not be adjusted after an order is placed nor can promotional sales be reflected retroactive from purchase date.

Pick up options can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm by calling 709-726-1504. Pick up location is at the Sharing Our Cultures office at 390 Elizabeth Avenue in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to the wrong address provided.

Orders returned to us due to address errors will not be refunded. Impactful Gifts will resend the order upon receipt of a handling fee as items will need to be resent.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Upon shipment, we will send your tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. You may track your order at any time using your tracking number. Delays may occur due to factors out of our control which will be taken into consideration in relation to our return policy.
